When Everyone Has a Theory About Your Pipe, Get Footage
The landlord says you caused it. The building office says it's your unit. The last handyman shrugged. A camera run replaces all of that with a recording of what is physically inside the line — and in a rental dispute, footage speaks every language.
When a camera run is worth the money
- A drain re-blocks on a schedule and each visit treats the symptom, never the cause
- You're blamed for a blockage you suspect started in the building's shared line — the camera shows which side of the wall the problem sits on
- You're about to sign a lease on an older villa and want to know what the pipes look like before the deposit leaves your account
- Renovation is planned and nobody has a drawing of where the drain lines actually run
- Something valuable went down and you need its exact location before any recovery attempt
- A jetting or repair job just finished and you want independent proof it worked
We'll also tell you when it's not worth it. A first-time, obvious clog usually doesn't need a camera — clearing it costs less than filming it. If your symptom sounds like that, we'll say so by text and save you the inspection.
What an inspection looks like
1 · Describe the mystery
Text us the history: what blocks, how often, what's been tried. We confirm whether a camera run makes sense and what access we'll need.
2 · Agree the price first
Often combined with jetting or leak work; we tell you the combined fixed price first. Either way you approve one fixed figure, VAT-included total stated, before the camera goes in.
3 · Run the line on screen
The camera travels the pipe while you watch live: grease layers, sags where water pools, joints pushed apart, roots, or the earring you lost in March.
4 · Take the evidence with you
You get the key frames and clips, plus a short written summary in English by text — ready to forward to your landlord, the building office (관리실), or an insurer.

- Fixed quote before work starts — you agree to the number first. If the scope turns out to be different mid-job, we stop and explain before anything continues.
- Same rates at night, on weekends and on holidays.
- Card payment accepted. Cash receipt or corporate tax invoice (세금계산서) issued on request.
- VAT 10% is quoted separately, and we tell you the VAT-included total before starting.
