Our Work

Every Photo Here Is Ours

No stock images anywhere on this site. Our crew photographs its field work as standard practice — for landlord documentation, and honestly because some of it is too good not to share. A selection:

Antique sword retrieved from a toilet drain in Seoul

🗡️ The sword in the toilet

The complaint was mild — "flushes, but gurgles." The camera said otherwise: something long lying across the drain. Out came an arm-length antique sword, rusted solid. Nobody knows how. The toilet survived without a scratch, which we remain proud of.

Wireless earbud recovered from a toilet trap

🎧 The wireless earbud

Off the shirt collar, into the bowl, mid-flush — the modern classic. The owner did the smart thing: stopped flushing immediately and called. Located with a micro camera, recovered by suction. If this just happened to you, stop flushing now and text us.

Perfume bottle extracted from a toilet without removing it

🌸 The perfume bottle

A glass perfume bottle in the trap of a nearly-new toilet. Glass means no pushing, no forcing — one crack and you are buying a toilet. Located precisely, gripped, extracted; the toilet stayed on its flange the whole time.

Frozen outdoor sewage line being thawed during a Seoul cold wave

🧊 The frozen sewer line

A −15°C week froze an exposed outdoor drain line solid, and everything the building flushed had nowhere to go but back. Thawed with steam, cleared, then insulated so the next cold wave passes without an encore.

Drain pipe interior before and after high-pressure jetting

🧈 Years of grease, gone

This pipe had been "unclogged" many times — a hole poked through the grease, which sealed again within months. High-pressure jetting stripped the buildup off the wall itself. The before/after is the whole argument for doing it right once.

Villa kitchen drain line descaled with flex-shaft machine

🍳 The villa kitchen that gave up

A Sadang villa kitchen, draining slower every year until it stopped. The flex-shaft cutter came back wrapped in decades of hardened grease. Full-flow test at the end: the sink emptied faster than the tap could fill it.

Studio apartment bathroom drain cleared of hair and sludge

🚿 The studio double-clog

A one-room studio where the bathroom floor drain and sink blocked together — one shared line, one shared clog. Cleared from the right access point, both fixtures back at once. Typical for studios; usually a single job, not two.

Toilet cleared without removal using specialized tools

🚽 Cleared without lifting the toilet

Another company had quoted a full toilet removal. The auger and camera said the clog was reachable in place. Twenty minutes, no removal, no new wax ring, no re-silicone — and the price of a clearing, not a reinstallation.
