Contact
One Number. Text It or Call It.
No contact forms, no ticket queues, no "we will get back to you within 48 hours." Plumbing problems are now-problems, so contact goes straight to the crew's phone.
Which channel, when
Text / SMS — best for English
Send the problem, location and photos. You get a clear written reply — a rough range and arrival window — you can re-read and forward to your landlord. The text button on this site pre-fills a template for you.
Phone — best for emergencies
Water actively going where it should not? Call. Phone calls work in Korean and Japanese (the owner speaks both). English speakers: call so we know it is urgent, then follow up by text — that combination works fast.
Photos — best for accuracy
One photo of the fixture, one of the surrounding room, one of anything wet. Photos routinely change our estimate from "somewhere between X and 3X" to a tight, honest range.
What a useful first message looks like
What: toilet — water rises almost to the rim, drains slowly
Where: Haebangchon, 3rd-floor villa (I'll send the address)
When: today if possible, I'm home after 3 PM
Photos coming next.
That is genuinely all we need. The reply covers: what it probably is, the realistic price range, when we can be there, and anything you should do (or stop doing) meanwhile.
After you send it
- You get a human reply — a real assessment, not an autoresponder.
- We agree a time. "Now" is often possible; a scheduled slot always is. If we are mid-job, you get the honest window.
- On site: diagnosis → fixed quote → your yes → work → shown result → payment (card, transfer or cash). Details on the pricing page.
