Ichon-dong: Apartment Plumbing Done by the Building's Rules

Is the problem inside my unit, or in the building's line? The answer decides everything: who fixes it, who pays for it, and whether the management office (관리사무소) needs to be involved. Diagnosing that boundary correctly is the core of what we do in Ichon:

• Kitchen sinks that drain slower every year. In complexes past their 15th birthday, the vertical kitchen line accumulates grease from every floor above you. We clear your branch, and if the camera shows the shared riser is the real culprit, you get the footage to hand to the management office.
• Ceiling stains and mystery meter readings. Leaks between floors are the classic apartment dispute. We locate the source, document it, and write up what we found so the discussion with the upstairs neighbor or the office starts from facts, not arguments.
• Bathroom and veranda drains before monsoon season. A pre-summer clean of floor drains is cheap insurance in a riverside building.

We follow apartment protocol as a matter of course: register at the security desk, use floor protection in the elevator and hallway, keep noise inside sanctioned hours, and leave the workspace cleaner than we found it.
