Who books jetting — and why

How a jetting job runs

1 · Scope the line

We identify access points, pipe diameter and length, and — when the situation is unclear — run a camera to see what the deposit actually is before quoting.

2 · Quote by the pipe, not by the panic

Priced by pipe diameter, length and condition. Regular-service contracts lower the per-visit price. You approve the fixed figure and the VAT-included total before the pump starts.

3 · Jet the full run

High-pressure water strips grease, sludge and scale off the wall along the entire quoted section — water only, no chemicals into your building's line.

4 · Verify and document

A camera pass confirms the result, and you receive photos for the building's maintenance record — useful evidence for tenants, insurers, and your own planning.

Fixed quote before work starts — you agree to the number first. If the scope turns out to be different mid-job, we stop and explain before anything continues.
Card payment accepted. Cash receipt or corporate tax invoice (세금계산서) issued on request.
VAT 10% is quoted separately, and we tell you the VAT-included total before starting.

Jetting, descaling, or cleaning? What each word means on our quote

Jetting (고압세척)

Water at high pressure through a nozzle pulled back along the pipe, scouring soft deposit — grease, sludge, soap fat — off the full wall. The standard line item.

Descaling (스케일 제거)

Old cast-iron and steel lines in pre-2000 buildings carry hard lime scale (석회) and rust (녹) that plain water only polishes. A chain or rotary head is quoted as a separate step because it takes longer and is checked by camera.

"Cleaning" without a method

If a quote says only "cleaning" (배관청소) with no method or section named, ask what will physically happen to the pipe wall. Ours names the section, the method and the access point.

Regular service for buildings

For buildings with heavy kitchen use or a history of backups, we set up a scheduled jetting interval — typically every six or twelve months, matched to how fast your line actually fouls. The per-visit price drops on contract, tenants see fewer emergencies, and you get a dated record of every pass. Corporate tax invoices issued for every visit.
