When the Same Line Blocks Twice, Stop Paying to Unblock It

A cable machine restores flow tonight — but it leaves the grease ring that caused the call still coating the pipe wall. High-pressure jetting scours the full circumference back to clean pipe, which is why building owners book it once instead of booking augers monthly.

Who books jetting — and why

  • Villa owners: first-floor and basement units get the backflow every time the shared main narrows — and the complaints land on you
  • Restaurant and cafe operators: kitchen grease cools and hardens in the run to the street; jetting is the only method that removes the layer rather than drilling through it
  • Building managers: a jetting pass before the summer monsoon means storm-season flow through a full-diameter pipe, not a half-closed one
  • Landlords with foreign tenants: we handle the tenant contact in English by text, so nothing gets lost in translation between you, them, and the pipe
  • Anyone whose drain "fixes" keep expiring after a few weeks — that's a wall deposit problem, not a clog problem

How a jetting job runs

1 · Scope the line

We identify access points, pipe diameter and length, and — when the situation is unclear — run a camera to see what the deposit actually is before quoting.

2 · Quote by the pipe, not by the panic

Priced by pipe diameter, length and condition. Regular-service contracts lower the per-visit price. You approve the fixed figure and the VAT-included total before the pump starts.

3 · Jet the full run

High-pressure water strips grease, sludge and scale off the wall along the entire quoted section — water only, no chemicals into your building's line.

4 · Verify and document

A camera pass confirms the result, and you receive photos for the building's maintenance record — useful evidence for tenants, insurers, and your own planning.

Price

Fixed quote on site · VAT 10% separate

Priced by pipe diameter, length and condition. Regular-service contracts lower the per-visit price.

  • Fixed quote before work starts — you agree to the number first. If the scope turns out to be different mid-job, we stop and explain before anything continues.
  • Same rates at night, on weekends and on holidays.
  • Card payment accepted. Cash receipt or corporate tax invoice (세금계산서) issued on request.
  • VAT 10% is quoted separately, and we tell you the VAT-included total before starting.

Regular service for buildings

For buildings with heavy kitchen use or a history of backups, we set up a scheduled jetting interval — typically every six or twelve months, matched to how fast your line actually fouls. The per-visit price drops on contract, tenants see fewer emergencies, and you get a dated record of every pass. Corporate tax invoices issued for every visit.
